“Survival is insufficient” is my favorite quote, which comes from Emily St John’s book Station Eleven. As your therapist, I want to help identify and embrace how your strengths make you unique. Then you can not only survive but also fully engage in your life.

I love to learn. Whether that means I'm reading a new book, or getting to know a new person, learning drives me. As your provider, I strive to meet you where you are. Learning more about you through the course of therapy allows us to create a strong foundation for therapeutic change. All of us, regardless of age, are able to cope with situations, thoughts, feelings and experiences more effectively when we feel stable and supported. I am here to help provide you with that support.

I operate from a flexible, trauma informed perspective. I will keep an open mind, regardless of what your life experiences have been. I utilize several different modalities including Adlerian (play therapy techniques), motivational interviewing, and DBT. My goal is to create a treatment plan that will meet your needs in the most effective way possible. Please reach out if any of this resonates with you.

Harry is available for in-person and virtual appointments at the 3412 Center Point Road NE office.
