Jayden Rubino, tLMFT
Therapy can be overwhelming and it is important to me to create a place where you can feel safe to be vulnerable. I provide a calm and laid-back environment to offer an inviting atmosphere for you to discuss your feelings, thoughts, and experiences. This is especially important to me because I know that growth happens outside of our comfort zone.
I feel honored when others trust me enough to share their journeys with me. The therapy process isn’t always pretty and it’s not uncommon for people to have to unpack things they aren’t proud of. I recognize that it’s a huge privilege when people open up to me. We aren’t always aware of what we can achieve, and I enjoy assisting others in opening their eyes to their full potential. I have a strong belief that being willing to explore the challenging pieces of ourselves will allow us to grow.
It is my passion to work alongside individuals, children, couples, and families to promote healing, growth, and change. I work from a solution-focused and strength-based approach to focus on my clients’ potential as well as promote positive change. My approach on therapy focuses on joining clients where they are at in their journey and empowering them through non-judgmental and client-focused interventions. I am committed to honoring your beliefs and ideas, and I’m excited to walk alongside you on your journey of healing, growth, and change.
