Kelsey Saddoris, LISW

We
are all human, and we all get stuck sometimes. Sometimes, though, it can feel impossible to get out of that stuckness. Whether it’s stuck in an unhealthy relationship or stuck in your trauma, I’m here to help you move through it. As your therapist, I make it my priority to guide you in a gentle and empathetic way through whatever is keeping you stuck. I have specialized training in trauma-informed therapy practices, including EMDR, that I use in combination with other modalities, such as Internal Family Systems, Mindfulness, Sand Tray, CBT, and Emotionally-Focused Couple Therapy, to provide you with individualized care.

My
passion is joining individuals in their journey towards healing and growth. While we all may get stuck sometimes, we ALL have the ability to cope and grow into whomever we want to be, and I welcome the opportunity to walk alongside you in this. I have several
years’ experience working with traumatized youth, sexual assault survivors, and individuals and couples dealing with other mental health concerns.

Getting
started can be scary and intimidating, and my number one goal is to make the process of getting started as easy as possible. When you step into my office or “meet” me over video for your first session, you’ll find you’ll be put at ease and reassured you are
not beyond repair and healing. Whenever you’re ready, send me an email or leave me a voicemail to get started!
