Therapy is a personal experience, and knowing what to expect when you walk through the door is an important starting point. I have an unconventional sense of humor and a calm, soft-spoken demeanor. While I approach our work with kindness and care, I’m also here to help you explore your thoughts, feelings, and needs—no matter how complex or messy they might feel.
I enjoy working with adults and teens ages 14 and up. I specialize in working with clients who are experiencing anxiety, mood disorders, the impacts of trauma, and those who are neurodivergent. I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to each client’s unique needs supplemented by training in IFS and EMDR.
You don’t need to suffer in silence. I believe that people have the ability to grow and change, and it’s my privilege as a therapist to support you in that process. Unconditional positive regard and validation are at the heart of my work because they can be incredibly healing for those who are struggling. Together, we’ll work to help you live the best life you can.
Leslie is available for in-person and virtual appointments at our 3500 Center Point Road NE office.
