My personal style as a therapist can be described as: attentive, collaborative, encouraging, intentional, progressive, and above all else, human. I am genuinely curious about my clients and what makes them who they are. My hope is that you are equally as curious about yourself, and together we can create individualized treatment and care to promote sustainable change within your life.

I'm incredibly honored to do this work, and to have 7+ years of experience working with various struggles including: anxiety, emotion/nervous system regulation, life transitions, low self esteem, neurodivergence, relational issues, trauma, work/school-related stress, and women’s issues, just to name a few.

Therapy is both an art & a science, and I strive for a balance of these within the therapy room. To explain, I use evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches such as: DBT, EMDR, solution-focused, & psychosomatic strategies. However, sometimes the best avenue for meaningful change is real human connection, and having a supportive witness to your story.

Macy is available for in-person and virtual appointments at the 3412 Center Point Road NE office.
