Molly Chambers, tLMFT

Life is a rollercoaster that often leaves us feeling stressed, burdened, anxious, depressed or just plain tired of the daily grind.  Daily stressors with no relief can create thoughts of hopelessness, exhaustion and fear.  It is natural to seek support during such times.

I utilize a hopeful, empathetic and straightforward approach while collaborating with clients to find individualized solutions to complex problems.  My focus on the therapeutic relationship enables therapy to be a place of healing that is actively transformative, empowering and challenging.  My goal as your therapist is to create a safe place for you to feel understood, accepted, and empowered so that you have renewed strength to effect your own change.

My passion for helping started long ago through work with nonprofits and hospital programs focused on mental, emotional and relational health. In addition I have lived experience with the unique struggles facing Veterans and their families. My experience has given me understanding of anxiety, PTSD, self-esteem, life transitions, relationships, parenting, trauma, post-partum, premarital and marital issues, as well as grief work.

As a strong believer in maintaining an open-minded approach I am accepting and supportive of all individuals.  I incorporate a variety of approaches depending on client need including CBT, DBT, mindfulness, family systems, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, and Experiential modalities. Additionally I have supplemental training in Biofeedback, Somatic Experiencing and the influence that retained infant reflexes has on childhood learning and behavior.

Everyone experiences personal adversities and challenges in life and everyone deserves hope and healing.  I would be honored to help you achieve the renewed hope, growth, empowerment and change you are seeking.
