I have over 20 years of nursing experience in the fields of mental health, substance abuse, and crisis intervention and stabilization. In Cedar Rapids, Iowa I worked on the Inpatient Behavioral Health Units at Mercy Medical Center and Unity Point Hospital. I worked in the previously known Prelude Behavioral Services in the Residential Substance Abuse Rehabilitation program in Iowa City, Iowa. I have also worked at the Iowa City Veteran’s Healthcare System in the Inpatient Behavioral Health Unit. My diverse experiences have offered me the opportunity to work with clients from all walks of life!

I enjoy working with adults, teens, and children ages 6 years old and up. I work with all populations and provide LGBTQ+ affirming care. I work with all mental health conditions. My specialties include (but are not limited to) Depressive Disorders, Mood Disorders, Anxiety Disorders, Personality Disorders, Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Intellectual Disabilities, Schizophrenia, Crisis Stabilization and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD).
